A bit about us....... We have been based in Welshpool, Mid Wales for a VERY long time ( since 1961 to be precise!) The business was started by Kaye Derwas' dad based in Berriew Street, Welshpool then we moved to larger premises in Henfaes Lane in 1999. Our showroom now has over 100 woodburners, fire places, electric and gas fires and range cookers on display, with many working models. We also have bio-ethanol fires, impressive electric media walls and keep a huge range of fire spares and flue pipes in stock. We no longer have in house woodburner installation teams but offer a design, and advisory service as well as commissioning and compliance certification and work with your own contractors or our trusted partners to carry out your installation. Our team can still install fireplaces, media walls and design and supply flue systems.
There is plenty of free parking and we are dog friendly, so feel free to bring your pooch along.
Being a HETAS approved retailer means we have highly trained sales advisors and our experienced stove installer who has been with us for over 15 years is HETAS registered for installations as well as being an approved chimney sweep via the Guild of Master Sweeps.
Although we are based in Welshpool, Mid Wales we undertake a lot of sales and maintenance of stoves in holiday homes, second homes and Air BnB rentals in the Machynlleth, Dolgellau and Aberystwyth areas so please get in touch if you need a reputable company to maintain the stove or chimney /flue in your property.
